comfortable bed breakfast buffet
the room was spacious and beautifully decorated the bed was very comfortable i found it easy to relax. i would highly recommend the hotel and will certainly return there soon i believe. the breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection so i tried several options.

Acceptable stay, but with some drawbacks
attentive personnel cozy seating areas large rooms inconvenient setup inconvenient safe draughty doors
The spa was quite enjoyable. The personnel seemed attentive to details. I also liked the lobby. It had grand fireplaces and seating areas (very cozy!). The rooms provided were large enough.
The coffee machine in my suite was oddly set up. It was in a recess, so I could not lift the handle to insert capsules. The safe placement was also inconvenient. I had to clear the bottom shelf to open it. The balcony doors did not seal properly. There were draughts because of strong winds.

fantastic getaway!
room upgrade cheerful receptionist super clean pool fantastic amenity
i received a larger room as an upgrade, great! the receptionist was cute and cheerful. the pool area was super clean, i found it really relaxing. they had hair straighteners in the room, what a fantastic amenity.
the breakfast could have been fresher, it seemed cooked early, and some items seemed of lower quality.
Rooms

The room included convenient features such as a mini-fridge and provided ample space for luggage. I also appreciated the availability of toiletries and fresh towels. The overall cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail was excellent.
Service
